Entire development of nearly 30 new homes sold

Leading Worcestershire estate agents Nicol & Co has succeeded in helping to sell an entire estate of new homes in Malvern built by top property developer Lioncourt Homes.

The prestigious Eastward Rise is a collection of 29 two, three and four-bedroomed homes located next to open fields, with a stunning backdrop of the Malvern Hills.

Matt Nicol, managing director of Nicol & Co, which has offices in Malvern, Droitwich and Worcester, explained his team had been working closely with Lioncourt Homes’ sales staff on the project.

He said: “The last Eastward Rise reservation was agreed earlier this month which means the whole site has now been sold.

“This is our fourth successful site with Lioncourt Homes, whose homes prove really popular with buyers because of their generous specifications, which means many items that are often ‘optional extras’ are included as standard.

“All properties are also covered by a Lioncourt Homes two-year warranty and then an NHBC 10-year insurance scheme, assuring new owners complete peace of mind.

“Eastward Rise’s convenient location less than a mile from Malvern Link train station and just a short walk from the local shop and post office has also drawn buyers, along with great views of the Malvern Hills area of outstanding natural beauty.”

Mr Nicol added: “We love working for Lioncourt Homes because they are committed to quality workmanship, service and customer satisfaction, and are consistently recognised as a 5-star home builder by the House Builder’s Federation.”

Nicol & Co’s marketing of Lioncourt Homes’ new developments also benefitted a national animal charity, with an advertising wrap of the entire back of the Blue Cross charity shop on the corner of Barnards Green Road and Upper Chase Road.

And as well as paying Blue Cross for the advertising space, Nicol & Co also made a donation to say “thank you” to the animal charity.

Mr Nicol said: “We were seeking to promote visibility of Lioncourt’s developments, and we came up with this novel way of spreading news about the fantastic location of the new homes and helping a respected charity at the same time.”

Lioncourt Homes is an award-winning developer constructing new properties in desirable locations throughout central England, with more sites in Worcestershire in the pipeline.

Pat Kimber, area sales manager at Lioncourt Homes, said: “We’re delighted with the successful marketing and sales performance from Nicol & Co, and are even more impressed by the way this has continued throughout the pandemic period.

“Nicol & Co has come up with really creative ways to attract attention to our properties, helping us to achieve top results in terms of interest, viewings and sales.”

Ms Kimber added: “Lioncourt aims to give everyone the chance to own their dream home, with designs that provide aspirational living in well thought-out accommodation and attractive looking developments.”
