Furlong Flooring and Housebuilder, Keepmoat, partner to deliver style, quality and sustainability across UK homes.
Furlong Flooring has announced a major new partnership with top 10 housebuilder Keepmoat Homes, marking the start of an ambitious national supply agreement that will see Furlong’s carpet, vinyl, and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) ranges installed across all Keepmoat developments.
The partnership enables Keepmoat homebuyers to personalise their homes with an extensive choice of flooring products, from durable twist pile and luxurious saxony carpets to contemporary LVTs in plank and herringbone formats, alongside practical, cost-effective vinyl. By standardising product specifications while still allowing customer design flexibility, the agreement supports Keepmoat’s growth strategy and ensures consistent value across its nationwide housing portfolio.
From Quality to Sustainability
The selected flooring ranges offer a carefully balanced mix of style, performance, and sustainability. Many of Furlong’s carpets are made using 100% recycled yarns, reducing reliance on virgin materials and repurposing recycled plastic bottles. This means that alongside their aesthetic appeal and durability, the chosen products reflect environmental values shared by both organisations.
Keepmoat’s role as a leading partnership developer also shaped the specification. In addition to products for open-market homes, the agreement includes carpets and vinyl solutions tailored for housing associations and landlords, enabling them to deliver high standards of comfort and design within tight budgets. These versatile, value-driven ranges ensure that tenants can enjoy flooring that truly helps turn a house into a home.
Across the UK
The collaboration is already visible in new Keepmoat showhomes and developments nationwide. At Fairlands Gate in Stevenage, Sage Flooring installed Furlong’s Welland and Welland Herringbone LVT ranges alongside the Swale carpet, made from recycled plastic bottles. This combination of products has been particularly well received by homebuyers, reflecting both modern design and sustainable credentials.
