The GGF has updated the Model Terms and Conditions of Contract previously released in May taking into regard the recent Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The GGF has updated the Model Terms and Conditions of Contract taking into account the requirements of the EU ADR Directive 2015. These are available to Members to download free of charge form the Members section of the GGF website.
For non-GGF members, these are available to purchase on the GGF Shop: http://shop.ggfmembers.com/model-contracts/, along with the existing Guidance on implementation of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which explains the details of the Consumer Contracts Regulations implemented in 2014.
The GGF will shortly be publishing an article on the main changes brought about by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which affect the glazing industry.
