“We’ve been in for almost two months and it still feels like a dream!”
After approaching a new stage in their lives, Nicci and her family were searching high and low for the perfect family home, and were won over by Hayfields, the brand-new development in the delightful countryside village of Southmoor.
Nicci explains how she discovered her dream home, “I originally went to look at another well-known housebuilder’s development, but I wasn’t that impressed. On the way, I spotted the Hayfields “coming soon” flags outside and was very intrigued, but building had only just started. I knew the housebuilder, Hayfield, had a development in Great Bourton, so we took a trip to look at the kind of product that we could expect, and that was it, we fell in love!
“I saw a lot of new homes during our search, but the quality of the products from Hayfield surpasses any other I’ve seen. It doesn’t matter at what point you are on the sliding price scale, everything is perfect across the board and the finish is simply brilliant. I’ve gone from a four bedroom to a three bedroom home and I haven’t had to compromise on anything – I’m a very critical person and I can’t find any faults, no matter how hard I look.
“The best thing about our new home is the light and the way it flows – whoever designed it is a genius! This is definitely our forever home. We feel very settled – it’s already a budding little community and we’ve had a drink with a couple of our neighbours. The most important thing for us is that the boys feel settled, which they do. My eldest, who is seventeen, says it feels like we live in the middle of nowhere because his window overlooks the amazing countryside nearby, which is lovely to hear. We’ve been in for almost two months and it still feels like dream!”
