New homes in Middleton are selling fast with buyers already snapping up properties due to be complete next summer.Elan Homes has clocked up a steady sales rate at its Millfields development, where 15 homes have been reserved since September.
The homebuilder is preparing to welcome the first residents into their new homes, but demand is so high that Elan is currently selling homes that will be ready to move into in summer 2021.

“We’re also aware that people are keen to move before the Stamp Duty holiday ends on March 31 and as the homes we’re currently selling won’t be ready by then, we’re offering to contribute towards the cost of the tax ourselves on selected new homes right through to the end of June.”
