InSinkErator® hosted a summer masterclass with one of Northern Ireland’s most celebrated cookery writers and broadcasters, Jenny Bristow, where guests cooked alongside Jenny and got hands-on with trying out the InSinkErator® food waste disposer and steaming hot water tap.
The once-in-a-lifetime opportunity was given to twenty Jenny Bristow fans, through a newspaper competition, to witness the successful cookery writer and chef in action. Guests were greeted by Jenny outside her picturesque home and were invited in to sample canapés and summer cocktails in the drawing room before venturing into the renowned studio kitchen, which has featured in all ten of Jenny’s television cooking series’. Guests were invited to assist Jenny with the cooking, including piping pink meringues, preparing a roasted vegetable tart, as well as putting food scraps down the food waste disposer. Two guests were also lucky enough to win either a food waste disposer or steaming hot water tap from InSinkErator®.
