A just launched housing development in Congleton has proved an instant success with four sales in the first month.
Elan Homes quickly established a site team and opened a sales centre after acquiring land on Back Lane, being marketed as Oak Grange.

Open market prices start from £299,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached home. Four-bedroom homes are available from £349,995, with a five-bedroom detached property priced from £479,995.
