Keepmoat has bolstered its North West operations with the appointment of eight new site managers, following significant growth within its regional land portfolio.
The top 10 UK housebuilder is preparing to break ground on seven new developments across the region next year, with a further four sites currently progressing through the planning system. The expanded team has been recruited to support this growing pipeline and to strengthen on-site delivery across multiple locations.
The new appointments include Callum Belshaw, Steve Pellow and David Clifford in Leyland; Adam Labno in Widnes; Sadeem Khan in Manchester; Mike Hinchliffe in Runcorn; and Ellis Mellor and Ryan Cropley, who join the team in Blackburn.
Each manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at their respective developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to Keepmoat’s quality standards. Their work will involve coordinating site teams and contractors, managing schedules and resources, driving productivity and ensuring full compliance with health and safety and building regulations.
