This year’s InstallerSHOW, held at the NEC Birmingham from June 25th to 27th, promises to be an exciting event for industry professionals and enthusiasts. Among the 600 companies showcasing their products is the waterproofing and insulation specialist Marmox, which will be featuring its innovative solutions at Stand 4D27. The Multiboard range, a staple in Marmox’s product lineup, is widely specified for waterproofing and insulating wetrooms and bathrooms. Available in various thicknesses from 4mm to 60mm, or as bath panel kits, niches, and pipe boxing, the Multiboard can be utilised on floors, walls, and ceilings, making it an ideal choice for creating effective tanking solutions. This setup is perfect for creating ‘level access’ tiled shower areas, which are both practical and visually appealing. When used in conjunction with Multiboard, the result is an exceptionally stable ‘decoupling’ surface that is ideal for tiling. This combination not only provides superior thermal insulation but also creates a completely impermeable barrier to water, ensuring long-term durability and reliability. Moreover, the system boasts excellent load-carrying capacity, which is crucial for maintaining accessibility in various settings.
Adding to its impressive lineup, Marmox will also showcase the Minilay solution. The Minilay option offers flexibility and freedom, enabling the transformation of any concrete substrate into a tiled wetroom floor. This system is supplied with a choice of a 705mm long stainless-steel linear grate or a 120 x 120mm stainless steel square grate, allowing for customisation based on specific project requirements. The Minilay’s adaptability makes it a valuable addition to any wetroom design, providing both practical and aesthetic benefits.
