MCI Developments will deliver 44 affordable homes off Hardman Avenue, Rawtenstall in partnership with Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing Group (MSV).
Rossendale Borough Council approved full planning permission for the new housing scheme earlier this year. The development will create a range of one, two, and three-bedroom homes. MCI Developments will build the homes on the site of a disused former residential farm building.
The transformation of the vacant land represents an investment of more than £10 million from the partnership. MSV will let the high-quality homes as social rent. The development team will build the homes to a high fabric standard, achieving an EPC A rating.

Delivering affordable housing for local communities
MSV Housing Group is a not-for-profit housing association based in Greater Manchester. MSV Housing Group formed through the 2018 merger of Mosscare Housing Group and St Vincent’s Housing Association.
