While the development of a 35-acre site in Morriston continues, home buyers have been invited to take a fresh look at the Parc Ceirw Garden Village on offer by the Edenstone Group.
Four years since the construction work began, and now that over half of the 300 homes have been occupied, the Edenstone Group is celebrating another milestone – its opening of a new show home from mid-September. The new community-led development is the first family-sized show home on the Edenstone phase of homes and bungalows. The Monmout, a four-bedroom home, is the first family-sized show home on the Edenstone phase of homes and bungalows.
Sales director Adele McCoy said: “Parc Ceirw Garden Village is providing homes and community facilities people want and need. The site has been completely transformed over the last four years and has blossomed into a community where people love living. The scale of the development means we’ve been able to welcome a good mix of first time buyers, families, downsizers and everyone in between.
“One of the challenges of building a new community of this size is being able to demonstrate the different types of homes available at any one time. Our new show home will give buyers a fresh insight into the design, quality and finish of our homes and an idea of what their life could be like if they choose to make Parc Ceirw Garden Village their home.”
The Monmouth is a generously proportioned, double fronted property designed for modern living. There’s a lounge at the front, with a dedicated study on the opposite side of the hallway. A convivial open plan kitchen, dining and family room, overlooks the garden, which in turn backs onto Morriston Golf Club. A utility room and downstairs cloakroom complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, the main bedroom benefits a dressing room and en-suite, with the large family bathroom serving the remaining three bedrooms. There are open views from this level to the golf course’s fifth hole. Across Parc Ceirw Garden Village, a good choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes are being built, including bungalows. A Monmouth, like the show home, is available from £495,000.
Along with the new Monmouth show home on the Edenstone phase, there are also two show homes available for viewing on the Bluebell phase of the development – examples of the Farnham and Burford house types.
“We recognise that community facilities are important to people when they’re looking for a new home. Seven acres of Parc Ceirw Garden Village will soon be home to a play area, kick about area, and nature trail,” Adele added.
“We’ll also be providing natural habitat areas, creating a community hub building, external amphitheatre, electric car charging facilities and gym equipment.”
