Maintaining its position as the only rainwater systems manufacturer to offer its entire product range in BIM object format, Marley Alutec has added its new Flush-fit Downpipe sizes to its BIM offering.
The new addition complements Marley Alutec’s existing BIM object product portfolio. Enabling specifiers to design a complete rainwater or eaves system with just a few clicks of a button, the objects can be downloaded from the Bimstore website – the UK’s leading manufacturer specific BIM library. 
Designed to offer increased options for a broad spectrum of properties, the new Flush-fit Downpipes have been introduced in response to customer demand for greater sizing variety. The new sizes build on the success of the existing 76mm circular and 72x72mm square options, which have proven extremely popular since their launch.
For small to medium size properties, the range now includes a 63mm circular design. At the larger end of the scale, a 102mm circular and 102x76mm and 102x102mm square options have also been added, giving specifiers, housebuilders and installers a much wider choice.

Available in 21 standard colours, the Flush-fit downpipes are compatible with Marley Alutec’s Evolve and Aligator aluminium guttering systems, offering a sleek aesthetic solution for contemporary building designs, thanks to its internal hidden downpipe joints. The architectural grade polyester powder coating ensures long lasting kerb appeal with excellent colour and gloss retention.
Like all of Marley Alutec’s high quality aluminium rainwater systems, the Flush-fit downpipes are manufactured in accordance with the appropriate British or European standards. What’s more, as all products are manufactured from marine grade aluminium, they are impervious to corrosion and virtually no maintenance is required throughout their exceptionally long life expectancy of 50 years or more.
