Bellway Homes’ is delighted to announce that Karen Coulson has been appointed as the new Sales Director for the Wessex Region.
Karen has been working for another of the Bellway regions so is no stranger to the company and how it operates.

Bellway Wessex Region currently has existing developments or is seeking planning approval in Basingstoke, Blandford, Bransgore, Eastleigh, Ferndown, Havant, Hayling Island, Littlehampton, Poole, Portsmouth, Romsey, West Hampnett and Yapton.
“A number of factors have come together recently that has added some impetus into the new homes market,” added Karen. “With the general election now behind us, the benefits from the change to stamp duty at the end of last year and the continuing success of Help to Buy there does seem to be more confidence in the sector. We also have ways to help people move such as Part Exchange and our Express Mover scheme so we are in a good position to help potential purchasers who are genuinely serious about owning a brand new home.”
