A new showhome at Bourne View in Wherstead will open to the public next month, providing buyers with the first chance to visit the development.
The four-bedroom Scrivener showhome and a new Bellway sales office will be unveiled on Saturday 30 October.
The first homes at Bourne View were released for sale online in May, and 17 of the 49 private houses being provided at the development – including all of the two-bedroom properties – have already been sold.
Jenny Walker, Sales Director for Bellway Essex, said: “We have seen high levels of interest in these homes since the launch earlier this year and we are expecting that to increase once the showhome and sales office open to visitors.

Bellway is delivering 75 new homes at Bourne View, including 26 affordable properties available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
The private homes include a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses to meet the needs of a range of buyers.
The Scrivener is a detached family home with an open-plan kitchen/dining/family room with French doors to the private garden, plus a separate living room and a utility room. Upstairs are four bedrooms, including an en-suite master bedroom, and a family bathroom.
Jenny said: “All of the two-bedroom houses have already sold at Bourne View and the first residents are scheduled to move into their new homes by the end of this year.
“There are now just three and four-bedroom homes remaining for sale at the development, including the Scrivener design.”
There’s a choice of three and four-bedroom properties currently available at Bourne View, with prices starting from £319,995. Prices for the Scrivener house type start at £407,995.
