James Smith, the Managing Director of Peveril Homes has recently received a prestigious award after 25 years of service.
Joining Peveril Homes in 1997 as an Assistant Land Buyer after graduating from Nottingham Trent University, James’ career has gone from strength to strength, as he secured several important roles within the company before being made Managing Director in January 2021.
In celebration, James has received a 25 Years of Service Award from the wider Bowmer + Kirkland Group.
When asked about his career, James Smith said:
“Over the last 25 years, I’ve watched Peveril Homes grow from building less than 100 houses a year to a company that builds over 200 a year in prime locations throughout the Midlands, utilising modern construction methods to maximise energy efficiency.
“It’s an honour to be part of this thriving business that genuinely cares both about its homebuyers and employees. There have been many highlights during my Peveril Homes’ career, but the most prominent one for me is the fantastic team I work with.
“Peveril Homes strives to ensure our purchasers have a wonderful experience, whilst allowing its employees to shape their own destiny and growth. This is supported by the security and stability allowed by the backing of the Bowmer + Kirkland Group.”
