The award-winning housebuilder Peveril Homes has embarked upon a new era with a full-scale reinvention and complete overhaul of its brand.

Part of the B&K group and founded in 1985, the house builder has a wide range of new housing developments in the Midlands and caters to a wide spectrum of homebuyers. Committed to keeping abreast of an ever-changing marketplace, the company has acknowledged the significance of evolving to meet the changing expectations of today’s homebuyers.

The brand transformation is a strategic move, aligning their visual identity with their core values and vision for the future, and seamlessly harmonising with their enduring commitment to constructing exceptional homes across the Midlands.

The new Peveril colour palette and logo strengthens the heritage of the business, giving a nod to the housebuilder’s first logo from the 80s, but also reflecting a clear visual theme, which showcases their diligent approach, trustworthy culture, commitment to consistency and innovative approach to modern living.

Meticulously created by the creative and digital agency Clevercherry, this visionary brand sets a new standard for practicality and clarity and seamlessly crosses boundaries between the housebuilder’s digital presence and physical developments.

After curating the brand’s concept, the agency has orchestrated a symphony of elements, with each component of the rebrand thoughtfully crafted to deliver an unforgettable impact. This has included a rollout of digital assets, including a website that has been methodically designed for an unparalleled user experience, CGIs, social media banners and templates, digital brochures, and emails.

Offline, the brand and design agency has completely reimagined the housebuilder’s physical locations, crafting every element needed, including signage, internal documents, brochures, floorplans, merchandise, and uniforms.

Stuart Brookes, director of sales and marketing, at Peveril Homes said,

“This updated branding is a testament to our commitment to craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and the relentless pursuit of innovation. As we embrace our fresh look, our dedication to creating vibrant, sustainable communities and building more than just houses, will remain consistent.”

Peveril Homes are dedicated to not only building homes but also to improving the communities which surround them. They have just partnered with Green the UK and planted 750 trees in the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire area, as well as donating to mental health charity Bridge the Gap and shelter Ashbourne Animal Welfare.
