Quooker introduces its latest design, the Front tap. Delivering hot, cold and boiling water, the Quooker Front has a sleek and minimal tubular aesthetic, bringing contemporary flair to any kitchen. Unlike previous models, it features a front-facing hot and cold-water lever on top of the spout to allow for easier use. Front comes with Quooker’s advanced, patented under-sink technology which stores water as steam, ready for immediate use; requiring as little as 10W per day to keep boiling water on demand. Unlike the energy-guzzling kettle, Quooker only boils the exact amount of water needed reducing unnecessary energy and water wastage.
Compatible with Quooker’s CUBE accessory, sparkling, filtered and chilled water can also be enjoyed on demand with the Front. The new CUBE is easier to install and takes up less under-sink space. Boasting a state-of-the-art touch screen digital display panel that shows how much sparkling water is left, alerting users when cartridges and filters need replacing. With CUBE, super chilled and sparkling water can be enjoyed without having to wait or waste water. What’s more, one cannister of CO2 yields 60 litres of sparkling water, eliminating the need to buy single-use plastic bottles. Dispensing precisely the amount of sparkling or chilled water needed at any given moment, CUBE ensures more responsible consumption, offering a more sustainable solution for the kitchen.
Much like other Quooker taps, Front also comes with a sophisticated state-of-the-art, child-safe handle systems that will never automatically dispense boiling water. With a patented double push and twist mechanism, boiling water is safely dispensed following a quick and deliberate motion. While in use, the user is alerted with the glow of a red-light ring around the handle base. Dispensing boiling water as an aerated flow rather than a solid jet of water, water feels hot but is not scalding to touch, should any accidental contact occur. The double-insulated casing prevents heat from escaping, and ensures the tap is not hot to touch when in use, unlike a kettle which presents a far higher burn risk.
