Redcliffe Homes has legally completed on a new residential development site in Dilton Marsh, Wiltshire. The site benefits from outline planning permission and a signed S.106 agreement providing for up to 54 new homes, including 30% affordable housing.

Preparation of the Reserved Matters application is well underway, with submission targeted for the end of March.
