Reginox UK has recognised talent within its team to promote Chelsea McCafferty to Area Sales Manager for the north – one of the business’ busiest territories.
Chelsea’s appointment is the culmination of three years at the Cheshire-based firm, which began as a sales administrator. She later moved to telesales.
While assisting Reginox UK Commercial Director Dave Mayer, her flair for customer liaison and relationship building came to the forefront. This encounter eventually resulted in her promotion when the ASM role became available.
“It’s great to promote talent from within, and that’s exactly what we’ve been able to do with Chelsea,” says Mayer.
“After three years of working hard in our sales department including external area management, Chelsea now picks up one of our biggest and most intense areas.
“She’s a great talent with superb product, brand, company knowledge and that all-important ambitious mindset, I’m absolutely sure that Chelsea will quickly bring benefits to both our customers and the Reginox business.”
Chelsea said she always knew she wanted to do something in business but didn’t expect it to be sales.
“I always thought it would be administrative, but this is where it has led me and I absolutely love it!” she adds.
