Luxury property specialist DM & Co. Homes’ ultra-discreet Premium marketing service has secured a buyer for a £3.9 million family home in Lapworth

The five bedrooms and five bathrooms property includes coach houses and a tennis court on a six acre estate close by the exclusive north Warwickshire village which lies just six miles south of Solihull.

The multi-million pound sale to an anonymous buyer is just the latest in a string of million pound sales this year that has confirmed DM & Co. Premium as the Solihull area’s most successful estate agent for luxury homes.

Kathy Griffiths, Head of Premium at DM & Co., said: “Our latest luxury property sale in Lapworth is a home that had been in the same family for two decades and this is the first time it has come to market in 20 years.

“Our discreet marketing service means that your property is offered on a very low profile basis and only to those on our private database of discerning buyers looking for luxury homes. Never has it been more important to be known to us as a number of our clients do not wish for their lives to be published online.”

Kathy joined DM & Co. in October 2019 and works alongside managing director Dominic Murphy in providing an unobtrusive approach to premium property sales.

He said: “We are now established as the go-to agent in the Solihull area if you have a million pound plus property to sell.

“These sales really do put us on the map. I want DM & Co. Premium to become synonymous with £1-5 million sales regionally – we are soon to launch a stunning family home in Langley,  near Claverdon and have a number of others in the pipeline.”

In May, fast growing DM & Co. Premium has an astonishing 29 homes worth more than £50 million on its books with over 50% of these having sales agreed.

The millionaires’ pads are being sold by DM & Co. Premium, a division of DM & Co. Homes which was launched in March 2019 by Dominic Murphy and has since continued to grow under the direction of Head of Premium Kathy Griffiths and sales director Lisa Smith.

Dominic said: “Our latest instructions have come from a local businessman that I met at a sporting event. We had not met before, but he has since asked us to sell over £4 million pounds worth of property.

“He is a busy man and is trusting us to handle the process from start to finish – finding the buyers and negotiating on his behalf to bring the sales swiftly through to a successful conclusion.”

DM & Co. Homes is a local, independent estate agent covering Solihull, Dorridge, Lapworth, Tanworth-in-Arden and the surrounding areas.

Kathy said: “Whatever your taste in luxury properties, DM & Co. Premium is here to help you find your dream home, and remember, if you can’t see it on our website, ask about our Low Profile Listings, as we may have just the property for you.”
