A new housing development is taking shape in the Gloucestershire village of Hempsted, where a showhome has opened to the public.
Bellway has unveiled the five-bedroom Watchmaker showhome at Sandalwood Green, off Hempsted Lane, where 50 new properties are being built. A total of 30 houses, which include a mix of four and five bedrooms, will be for private sale, while a further 20 affordable homes are available for local people through rent or shared ownership. The first properties were released for sale off-plan in January, with the first residents having completed on their new homes in June.
The five-bedroom detached Watchmaker showhome is part of the Artisan Collection, Bellway’s flagship range of homes. The collection is developed using decades of customer feedback, combining traditional artisan methods with modern construction techniques.
