Bellway is set to unveil a showhome at its newest development in the Stanton Cross neighbourhood on the edge of Wellingborough.
The housebuilder will throw open the doors to the four-bedroom detached property at Hawthorn Place on Saturday 23 April.
The developer is building 135 new homes at the site, where there will be 128 properties for private sale and seven affordable homes for local people through rent or shared ownership.
Hawthorn Place is Bellway’s second development within the new Stanton Cross neighbourhood on the eastern edge of the town and will sit next to the housebuilder’s first development, The Beeches at Stanton Cross, where 142 homes are being built on land to the east of Irthlingborough Road.
The housebuilder has also started construction work on a third development of 180 homes, which will be called Chestnut Vale, on a separate parcel of land to the west of Irthlingborough Road.
The four-bedroom detached Luthier showhome at Hawthorn Place features an open-plan kitchen, dining and family area, a spacious living room and a study. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one with an en suite, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Stanton Cross is a major mixed-use development set to deliver 3,650 new homes, employment areas and shopping facilities, along with direct access to Wellingborough railway station.
The development is to feature shops, schools, commercial space, a town park, community centre and a doctor’s surgery. There will also be major improvements to roads and public transport in the area.

“All the homes have now been sold at The Beeches, where construction work is coming to an end, and the high demand we have experienced here has carried over into our other two developments.
“Such has been the level of interest from house buyers in the area that we have decided to bring forward the release of the first properties at our third development, Chestnut Vale, to coincide with the launch of our showhome at Hawthorn Place.
“Construction work is still in its early stages at Chestnut Vale, so the homes at this site will initially be sold off plan from our existing sales office at Hawthorn Place, where a range of three and four-bedroom houses are currently available.”
