The four-bedroom Reedmaker detached house is the first home to be completed at Bellway’s Northdene development, off Billy Mill Lane, and is now open to the public.

Northdene is transforming a disused former reservoir site into an attractive new neighbourhood, with the first residents expected to move in before Christmas.
