The Smart Buildings Show returns this year between 12-13 October at ExCel London, with this year’s event promising to be the biggest yet, featuring more than 50 speakers at the conference and over 70 exhibiting companies on the floor. It will cover the many facets involved in creating and managing smart buildings and will attract a host of leading companies and stakeholders from the sector. Since the inaugural event in 2017, Smart Buildings Show has gone from strength to strength, quickly establishing itself as a must-attend event in the industry calendar.

What is a smart building?
This was one of the questions posed at a recent Smart Buildings Round Table event and everybody present had a unique viewpoint on the meaning. The beauty within the smart buildings industry is that everyone has a different opinion to explore as it covers so many intriguing facets. Figures from last year’s Smart Buildings Show confirmed that 87% of visitors who attended became better informed about the latest technology available. Training and Residential Developers Theatre
Included in the busy conference line up this year is the Residential Developers Theatre which is incorporated in the CPD Training Theatre.
