Smeg, the Italian appliance brand, is extending its collection of full-colour stand mixers with the addition of a pastel pink, mint green and soft light blue. Renowned for adding character to the kitchen, the three contrasting new colourways add a pop of colour to both contemporary monochrome and traditional country spaces. Fun and function go hand in hand with Smeg’s meticulously crafted stand mixer, delivering the ultimate baking must-have. Sticking with Smeg’s signature ‘50s retro aesthetic, matching effortlessly with the brand’s FAB fridges, the SMF03 boasts the curves and high gloss finish the brand is immediately recognised for. A stainless-steel mixing bowl co-ordinates with the striking ‘SMEG’ lettering on the mixer’s side.
For those hoping to achieve the ultimate ‘Instagram-worthy’ kitchen, the all-new pink colourway is the perfect accessory to team with Smeg’s existing breakfast set and hand mixer, adding a sweet, yet subtle, playful touch.
Green has dominated colour palettes across fashion, interiors and design throughout 2022, and the injection of pastel green brings Smeg’s stand mixer line bang up to date. Co-ordinating with the brand’s existing small and large domestic appliances, the latest addition allows Smeg fans to create a uniformed look or mix and match pastel shades for a kitchen full of character.
Finally, a firm favourite across Smeg’s collection of appliances, pastel blue joins the SMF03 line up. Subtle enough to seamlessly fit into any kitchen aesthetic but bold enough to add a pop of colour, the shade joins the pastel collection in addition to the existing black, white, red and slate grey colourways.
Bringing Smeg’s ‘technology with style’ mantra to life, Smeg’s stand mixer is ideal for whipping up a host of recipes including cakes, cookies and cheesecakes thanks to the number of handy accessories it comes complete with. A dishwasher-safe flat beater combines Hollywood Handshake-worthy cake mixtures while a non-stick dough hook creates perfect pie crust every time. Finally, the whisk attachment offers five steel wires for brilliant batters in an instant. For those wanting to broaden their repertoire, pasta rollers and cutters, a meat grinder, slicer and grater and ice cream maker accessories are all available to easily attach and use. Complete with 10 speed settings and a Smooth Start system which gradually begins beating, mixing or whisking, the SMF03 offers versatility needed at every stage of family friendly recipes.
The multi-functional appliance’s base has been crafted from a sturdy aluminium, complete with additional weight placed underneath, to maximise the SMF03’s stability and versatility, even when beating the toughest of mixtures. Non-slip feet also ensure it stays put throughout.
