E5 housing developer has revealed the first look at its contemporary eco-friendly new-build homes in a development near Gainsborough. This exclusive development consists of 39 two-bedroom single storey and chalet bungalows from E5 Living UK in Stow Road, Marton. It combines style and high specification as standard, along with solar panels and air source heat pumps.
The homes will also feature high specification kitchens and bathrooms, as well as large outdoor entertaining areas, aiming for an EPC A rating, which will make their running costs much lower than the average household.
The first show home will open in the Autumn and is expected to receive high demand, reflecting the nationwide shortage of single-storey properties. The Martin Meadows development is the second venture in the region for E5, which is currently building a new community of 123 new homes at King’s Park in Grimsby. It has a further site in Market Rasen which is primed for residential development.
