Story Homes – an award-winning residential property developer with schemes across northern England and Scotland – has bolstered its site management team at the Waters Edge development in Whitehaven. The appointment follows a surge in demand for homes in the region.
The developer has appointed assistant site manager, Angela Metcalfe, to support the team at Waters Edge to deliver an ambitious development programme. The site has seen an influx in sales over recent months, leaving over 82 per cent of properties sold.

Angela brings a wealth of knowledge to the role with over 10 years’ experience in construction, having previously worked at Carlisle-based Senator Homes, Persimmon Homes and Lovell Partnerships, where her hard work was recognised with an NHBC Pride in the Job award.
