Brick manufacturer Vandersanden is pleased to announce the appointment of Camille Bailey, Alex Hernandez and Kim Martin to its growing UK team. The move forms part of Vandersanden’s wider efforts to work more closely with the architects and specifiers shaping Britain’s facades. All three bring relevant industry knowledge and a practical understanding of the construction sector, developed through their collective experience.
Camille Bailey
Camille Bailey joins the company as Specification Manager, supporting architects and specifiers to help translate their vision into practical specification. She has over a decade of experience in the construction industry, working alongside architects, designers and contractors. She has worked across building product distribution, bespoke joinery coordination, and luxury showroom environments, making her an asset to the Vandersanden team.

Kim Martin
Kim Martin has also been appointed Specification Manager for Vandersanden, bringing analytical and communication skills to showcase Vandersanden’s commitment to excellence and wide product range. She brings over six years of experience across specification and technical services within the building materials sector. Both Kim and Camille will support clients through the details of facade design and delivery. They will help projects run smoothly and align solutions with practical requirements.
Alex Hernandez
Alex Hernandez brings a background in sales and construction to his role as Vandersanden’s Area Sales Manager for the Essex and Kent Region. Using technical insight and aesthetic sense, Alex will be entrusted with building and nurturing relationships with merchants, architects and builders. He will strive to ensure regional sales are conducted smoothly.
