The festive period is a time when cupboards and fridges are full to the brim as we stock up for a period of delicious indulgence. In fact, our recent survey found that food wastage is not simply a seasonal concern. Almost half (48%) of British people waste up to £10 of food per month, and 1 in 6 of us (16%) up to £20.
