The Whirlpool Grand Side by Side freestanding fridge and freezer pair has won Fridge/Freezer of the Year in the Trusted Reviews Awards 2018.
The Trusted Reviews Awards celebrate the technology, products and innovations that stand out from the crowd, testing more than 1,000 products over the past 12 months.
Following Whirlpool’s success in the Fridge/Freezer of the Year category, the Grand Side by Side has been entered into the Large Home Products of the Year 2018 category, where the winner will be announced on Thursday 8 November.
The Whirlpool freestanding freezer scored five stars and received the ‘Highly Recommended’ honour, while it was commended for its outstanding looks, capacity, energy efficiency and performance.
The freestanding fridge also scored five stars and was praised for its massive capacity, consistent cooling, low running costs and described as a winner.
Trusted Reviews remarked on both the fridge and freezer as standalone appliances as well as praising them as a pair.
