Work has started in Sandymoor to deliver almost 200 new homes, representing a £44.5 million investment from Keepmoat.
40 of the homes will be delivered through a section 106 agreement scheme in partnership with Magenta Living. Set to transform disused land off Windmill Hill Avenue, Keepmoat was selected as the preferred development partner by Homes England.
The housebuilder is creating new pedestrian and cycle paths that link to the existing networks, while also creating new green spaces and public parks. 71 homes will be constructed using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) timber frames, supporting improved energy efficiency and build quality.
